Current booking arrangements
This website currently accepts appointment enquiries by email. It does not accept bookings or collect payments. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment, and no cancellation charge is incurred merely by sending an enquiry.
Before you confirm or pay
The applicable consultation fee, cancellation notice period, rescheduling conditions, refund eligibility, and any payment processing charges must be provided as part of the appointment arrangements before you confirm or pay. If these details are missing, please ask the practice for them first.
No fixed cancellation deadline, refund percentage, or refund processing time is stated on this website at present. Please do not assume a particular refund entitlement or deduction from an enquiry alone.
Changing an appointment
Contact the practice as early as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule, or expect to arrive late. Use the contact details in your appointment confirmation and include the appointment date and time. Avoid including unnecessary health details.
Technical difficulties or practice cancellations
If connectivity prevents an appointment or the practice needs to change it, contact the practice to discuss the arrangements that apply to that appointment. Any rescheduling or refund will be handled according to the terms communicated before payment and applicable requirements.
Payment questions
If you have paid through an agreed external channel and need help, contact the practice with the payment reference and appointment details. Do not send card numbers, PINs, passwords, or one-time codes. A refund is not confirmed by an email request alone.
