Website content and downloadable resources are for general information and reflection. They do not provide a diagnosis, personalised treatment advice, or a substitute for an assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. Do not change prescribed treatment based on website content.
Using the website
You may browse the website and access the workbook for your personal use. The text, photographs, and workbook remain the property of their respective rights holders. Please obtain permission before reproducing or distributing them commercially.
Appointments and the care relationship
Visiting the website, downloading a resource, or sending an enquiry does not create a confirmed appointment or establish ongoing clinical care. Appointment arrangements, consent, and the scope of care are discussed separately. Appointment times are confirmed individually, subject to availability.
Scope of care
assessment has limitations, and an in-person evaluation or referral may be needed. Please provide accurate information about your identity, age, location, health history, and current medicines when asked during the appointment process.
For children and adolescents, guardian involvement and suitability must be established before an appointment. If you are outside India, confirm whether care can be provided for your location before arranging a consultation.
Treatment and prescriptions
Recommendations depend on the individual assessment and clinical judgement. A particular diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or outcome is not guaranteed. Prescribing through telemedicine is subject to applicable rules and clinical suitability.
Emergencies
Dr. Apoorva does not provide immediate emergency services. This website, email address, and scheduled consultations are not emergency-response channels. For mental health crisis support in India, including suicidal thoughts, call 14416 — Tele-MANAS mental health helpline (phone) (free, 24/7). If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 112 — emergency assistance in India (phone) or attend the nearest emergency department. Outside India, contact your local emergency service. Do not wait for an email response.
Technical access and outside services
Access may occasionally be interrupted by connectivity or technical issues. Separate booking, video consultation, and payment services may have their own terms. Read those terms and the appointment confirmation before using them.
